We had a wonderful stay at a hotel with breathtaking views. The room was spacious and comfortable with a clean bathroom and access to hot water. The staff, particularly Mr. Bantu, were attentive and made sure all our needs were met. The food was delicious and delivered promptly. we had a great time and highly recommend this hotel.

We had an amazing stay! The view from the balcony was breathtaking! You could see the snow-capped peaks and it was truly mesmerizing. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, they went out of their way to make us feel comfortable. The food was delicious, and they provided us with excellent on-demand service. The location was very convenient, located close to the market and public transportation. We will definitely come back here again!

We did experience some minor issues during our stay. The room could have been cleaner, especially the bathroom.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel with its stunning location on a steep hill overlooking the city. The hotel offers convenient access to the city market, as it's only 800 meters away. We appreciated the cleanliness of the room and the hotel facilities. There was a convenient parking lot at the hotel. The staff, including the caretaker, was incredibly helpful and polite throughout our stay.

Spent New Year's at a hotel in the mountains. the view from the room was breathtaking, with hills and a beautiful sky. the caretaker was available whenever we required something, and we received excellent service. the food was delectable, even though the kitchen options were limited. We had access to hot water throughout the day, and we didn't feel cold in our room since we were given a room heater. the location of the hotel was very convenient for all shops and restaurants, and it was close to all the main attractions.

The food was not always up to the mark and could have been better in taste. Although the overall service was quick, at times we had to wait for food and drinks.

The hotel is located on a steep slope, making it a bit challenging to reach the market and bus stand. the stunning snow-capped peaks that can be seen from the terrace make up for it. the staff was friendly and accommodating, providing great service. the breakfast was decent, and the rooms were clean with well-functioning heaters.

The food options could be improved.
